Relaxation paradise with great food!
We enjoyed our stay in a suite with a garden view. The grounds are stunning, like a secret garden! The staff were super friendly, especially the bar guy from Lisbon. We loved the daily changing menu, and the food was just amazing. Only bummer was the rooms seemed a bit dated but had all we needed.

Request a room away from the common areas to avoid any chill from drafty corridors, especially during colder periods.

We had a lovely time celebrating a family wedding, enjoying cozy evenings by the log fire and fantastic breakfasts in the sunny dining room overlooking the garden. Just a heads up, it was warm during our stay and the rooms could use a ceiling fan, but it didn’t take away from our overall enjoyment! 🌿

The stunning gardens at Cashel House were a delight, with their exotic flowering shrubs providing a lovely ambiance. Walking through the elegantly maintained grounds felt like stepping into an art piece, reminding me of a serene English countryside painting.
A few more accessible seating areas would be nice.

The hotel is charming with stunning gardens and attentive staff who make every moment enjoyable. The food is excellent, particularly dinner. However, some quirks like the idiosyncratic plumbing and average breakfast offerings might leave some wanting more. Overall, a delightful stay in a peaceful location.

The cuisine at Cashel House is a delightful treasure—each dish is a story waiting to unfold. With rich flavors and local ingredients, it’s a culinary adventure you wouldn’t want to miss! As a solo traveler, I felt right at home with the cozy bar area that served up a pint of Guinness and a warm welcome after a wet journey. Dinner in the restaurant was truly amazing, exceeding all expectations!
I faced a bit of a hassle with room changes due to dampness. we got an upgrade but at a cost, which rubbed me the wrong way. Also, it took way too long to get hot water each morning, making it feel deceptive initially. Still, nothing could overshadow the charm of my stay.
